3:30 FLYSCREENS mate wtf. How can you live without flyscreens on every window of your apartment... cmon man that ACTUALLY matters! I have the same dual monitor stand, its great. :) G502 is too heavy and unreliable when using it for 14h per day, my G502s always broke after few years. I'm check out the wrist rest and monitor light, thanks for the video! 🏆

I wish EVERY mouse had an Infinite scroll/stepped scroll option. For gaming i use stepped scroll but for every other daily pc use, especially browsing websites, i constantly use the infinite scroll. Its far more comfortable and efficient using the infinite scroll. I love my W.L Mouse Beast X as the scroll wheel is stepped but by far the most comfortable scroll wheel of all my gaming mice and the buttons are really spamable but i miss the infinite scroll function.

The irony being that the infinite scroll wheel on EVERY G502X is unbalanced and will move on its own. The G502 series doesnt have this issue.

Yes to all of this, except I go tge mmo mouse route that the infi-wheel mouse but same concept of faster page navigation.

One thing I'd like to say about the mouse infinite scroll wheel, that is a nice feature to have, but not the necessary considering most browsers and GUIs support clicking the middle mouse button and then you can move the mouse up down left right and control your scroll rate as u prefer. I don't have an infinite scroll wheel, but if i want to jump toward the bottom, i just click the middle mouse button, then move the mouse down a ways and it will whip to the bottom, and if you want to ease up you just move the mouse back up a bit and slow down the scroll. I find this gives a lot more control, and no stress of the finger having to scroll on the wheel at all.

I have always dreamed about standing desks that can move and down, but yeah price is quite high. Also was considered to have monitor arms but not in my plan yet. The table drawer and and cable management rack are great idea that I would love to add to my desk. :)

Thanks for this! I figured the part about heating the cable on a mandrel, but didn't know about reversing the coil to get the spring back effect. This cable was so frustrating to use, but now it's a pleasure. I looked for pre-coiled versions, but they cost 2x more than the one I already had.

I'm not sure I agree with your take on mice. Personally, I've never had wrist problems. I'm 34 and I've been using mice since I was about 10. You'd think I'd have wrist problems, but no, I'm perfectly fine. I much prefer moving my wrist to my whole arm. I don't understand how people find that preferrable to wrist movement. Moving your entire arm is not only tiring, but it gives you less fine control over whatever you're doing. I think all of this can be avoided by just picking a desk and chair that are at a good level in relation to each other. Furthermore, I'm not sure I've ever had a situation where I needed an infinite scroll wheel. Most of the scrolling I perform is on webpages where I need to have granular control over how much of the page scrolls.

Okey so .. yeah It is more comfortable to have monitor at your eye level however it is not better for your back. So if you are about ergonomics It is much better to have the monitor above eye level and look up at it. Having the monitor at eye level or below creates unwanted strain on the back, while having the monitor positioned high above is much better for your health. :)
